We see through the eyes of a thief, how easy it is to steal a scooter, using handheld camera action and security footage for authentic action.
The VO explains that people who don't lock up their vehicles deserve to have them stolen. The simple, dispassionate message is that the longer it takes to steal a bike, the less likely it is that thieves will bother.
